My granddaughter Justice and I always feel welcomed the moment we walk through the door. The staff is friendly, professional, and the atmosphere is always positive and organized.
Today we thought Justice would finally be getting her braces off, but Dr. Edelman said he needed to tweak a couple of things first before removing them. He reassured her that they would be off very soon. What made me smile was that Justice was completely okay with that! She says he’s funny and that he makes her feel comfortable. She also loves that he takes the time to explain everything to her first before talking with me.
As a grandmother, that level of care and respect means a lot. Thank you for always taking such great care of your patients.
